Discovering the Aeolian Islands aboard a gulet is undoubtedly the best way to appreciate the splendor of this volcanic archipelago! You will stop over 5 of the 7 islands: Vulcano with its sulfur fumaroles, Lipari with its typically Mediterranean environment, Salina the island surprisingly “green”, Panarea the most “affascinating”, and especially Stromboli with its continuous volcanic activity. Between one island and another, you will be able to enjoy the comfort of our boat, the crew will be available to make you spend unforgettable moments. This journey brings together the pleasure of walking to discover small villages, swimming in the sea in hidden coves and certainly … the discovery of active volcanoes!

During the hours of free time, the tour leader and the crew are not required to accompany the group.

Breakfast and navigation to Vulcano. Free time to take advantage of the black sand beaches or mud baths. Lunch on board. Climb to the Fossa Crater (3 hours walk) which will surprise you that the fumaroles and sulfur crystals.
Dinner and night in the gulet.
Breakfast and departure for the island of Panarea (between 2h30 and 3h of navigation). Small walk on the seafront towards the beautiful beach of Calajunco, where there is a charming prehistoric village. Free visit of the island
(Lunch on board and sea bath possible). Dinner on board
Breakfast and navigation from Panarea to Stromboli (about 2 hours). Free visit of the village before the climb to the volcano (in option) in the afternoon. The path follows the coast, then a regular climb begins, until it becomes steep when you approach the crater. From up there, the explosions coming out of the mouth of the volcano are a unique spectacle.
Stromboli is a volcano in permanent explosive activity for 2000 years. On several occasions over an hour, splashes of incandescent lava come out of the crater, accompanied by the sound of explosions. The excursion to the crater is carried out in groups (about 25 people for each) with an authorized mountain guide (€ 28 per person, to be paid on site *).

If you have not chosen to do the ascent/ If you have not chosen to ascend, or if it is not currently authorized, the planned trek is up to the permitted limit of 290 meters * along the path that runs along the Sciara del Fuoco (walking time about 3h30, difference in height: + 290 / -290 m).
It is not possible to spend the night in Stromboli because the seabed too deep does not allow a good anchorage. The captain decides if it is the case, on the moment, if it can anchor or if it is preferable to move on Panarea in order to spend the night.
* The climb to the crater is currently prohibited for safety reasons due to strong eruptive activity.

Breakfast and departure in navigation to the island of Salina (4-5 hours sailing). Stop for baths in the most beautiful coves of this magnificent island. Thanks to the richness of its vegetation, Salina is also called “the green island”. The island offers a great variety of panoramic points as well as a great choice of typical products such as malvasia, capers, dried tomatoes. Lunch on board. Free time to visit the village.
Dinner and night on board.
Breakfast, transfer by minibus to Val di Chiesa, an ancient sanctuary located on the most “hidden” and authentic side of the island, immersed in the vineyards. Ascent of Monte Fossa delle Felci up to Serro Capo, magnificent viewpoint overlooking Malfa. Packed lunch during the walk. Return by the same route, swimming in the sea.
Visit of the seaside village.
